How will the Direct Time hardware cover help?
Within customer care we have a full-time, office based hardware support team that are available to answer your hardware questions between 9.00am and 5.00pm, each weekday.
If however the problem cannot be fixed over the phone we will arrange for a suitable replacement hardware to be despatched on a next working day delivery, We will then
help you setup the hardware and arrange for your old hardware to be collected at a convenient time.
Please note costs are per terminal, per year.
